Tutoring Cancellation Policy

Your session time is reserved exclusively for you or your group. Because lesson planning and preparation is completed in advance, the following policy applies to all tutoring sessions.

• 24-hour notice:

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with a minimum notice of 24 hours at no charge.

• Late cancellations:

  • Sessions cancelled 1-24 hours before the session begins will be charged 25% of the session fee.

  • Sessions cancelled one hour or less before the session, or are missed entirely with no notice, will be charged the full session fee.

• No-shows:

  • If a student does not arrive or log on within 15 minutes of the start time, the session is presumed cancelled and the full session fee will still apply.

• Tutor Cancellations:

  • If the tutor must cancel, a makeup session will be prioritized, or a full refund for that session will be issued.
